Due to the earlier congress dates for 2017, online abstract submission will open and close slightly earlier than in previous years and dates have been provisionally set as follows:
Abstract submission opens: 20 September 2016
Abstract submission closes: 17 October 2016
Notification of abstract acceptance: by end January 2017
Abstract submission closes: 17 October 2016

If you request help with English it is important to submit well before the final submission date. If you submit after 9th October 2016 there is no guarantee that there will be time to supply help with English before the review process starts.
The EAPCCT Scientific and Meetings Committee, chaired by Ana Ferrer Dufol, will evaluate the abstracts. All abstracts accepted for presentation at the Congress will be published. The decision of the Scientific and Meetings Committee in this regard will be final.
Abstracts received after 17th October 2016 will not be considered for the meeting.
